Welcome to my personal homepage. Here you can find information and pointers related with my research work in machine consciousness and cognitive robotics.

Currently I am working on my PhD thesis on Machine Consciousness and my research is centered in the development of a cognitive architecture for autonomous robots called CRANIUM/CERA. If you are interested in the scientific study of consciousness and the possibility of reproducing consciousness in machines you should check out the portal www.Conscious-Robots.com.

My current development work is based on the Microsoft Robotics Developer Studio platform, that I've been using since the earliest CTP versions were released. The physical robot that I'm using is a Mobilerobots Pioneer 3DX base. Some of my services and source code are available in the Conscious-Robots.com pages for Robotics Studio.
